Biothane does not absorb water, dries quickly, and is incredibly easy to clean. A quick rinse or wipe is usually all it takes to keep the collar looking brand new.
The collars are 38 mm (1.5 inches) wide and available with different hardware options. Brass and stainless steel are the strongest choices. For dogs that frequently swim or spend a lot of time around water, stainless steel is the recommended option due to its resistance to rust and corrosion.
